Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These classic chocolate chip cookies have a delightfully chewy texture and a rich chocolatey flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl after the butter has been softened
One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one
Put the flour, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together
Slowly add this dry mix to the wet ones while mixing well
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased
The cookies should be baked in an oven that is already hot for 9 to 11 minutes, or until they turn golden brown
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way
